Aprint Lhyn

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Aprint Lhyn ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal information of clients and event guests ("you" or "your") who engage with our Roving Photoman, Retro Photobooth, and Sticker & General Printing services, or who visit our page. We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your personal information secure. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

We may collect personal information such as your name, contact number, and email address when you make an inquiry, submit a booking request, place a Printing order, or otherwise communicate with us.

1.2 Photos and Videos

As part of our Roving Photoman and Retro Photobooth services, we capture photographs and videos of event guests. These may be stored digitally and shared through a gallery link as part of your package. By booking either service, the Client (event host) represents that they have the authority to consent on behalf of their guests and that guests have been informed that a roving photographer or photobooth will be present at the event. If you are a guest and do not wish to be photographed, please avoid the photo booth and let our photographer know so they can avoid capturing you.

1.3 Design and Order Files

For Sticker & General Printing orders, we collect any logos, photos, artwork, or other files you submit so that we can produce your order. These files are used solely to complete and deliver your order unless you separately consent to another use.

1.4 Page and Communication Data

When you message us or interact with our page (including on Facebook, Instagram, or a future website), we may collect information such as your messages, inquiries, and basic technical data (for example, browser type or device information) to help us respond to you and improve how we communicate with clients.

1.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies

If we operate a website, we may use cookies or similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve your browsing experience. Cookies are small files stored on your device that let us recognize your preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Providing Services

We use your personal information to provide our services, including processing bookings and Printing orders, delivering digital galleries or finished prints, and managing event logistics.

2.2 Communication

We may use your contact information to respond to inquiries, send updates about your booking or order, and provide customer support.

2.3 Marketing Communications

With your consent, we may send promotional messages or updates about our services, offers, and upcoming availability. You may opt out of these communications at any time by telling us directly.

2.4 Photo and Image Use

Aprint Lhyn may use photos and videos taken during a booking, and finished samples from Printing orders, for marketing and promotional purposes on our page and social media channels, unless you have requested otherwise in writing before your event or order, consistent with Section 4.2 of our Terms and Conditions.

2.5 Order Fulfillment

For Printing orders, we use the files and information you provide solely to produce, review, and deliver your order.

2.6 Legal Compliance

We may process your personal information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or valid government requests.

3. Data Sharing

3.1 Service Providers

We may share your personal information with trusted third parties who help us deliver our services, such as cloud storage providers (for example, Google Drive or Google Photos), printing suppliers, and payment or messaging platforms. These providers are only authorized to use your information to perform services on our behalf.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your personal information if required by law or in response to a valid request from a public authority.

3.3 Business Transfers

If Aprint Lhyn is ever sold, merged, or transferred, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer where required by law.

4. Data Retention

Digital copies of session files are moved to trash and permanently deleted five (5) days after the appointment date, consistent with Section 4.4 of our Terms and Conditions. Photos selected for marketing use under Section 2.4 are saved separately before deletion and are retained for as long as reasonably needed for that purpose, or until you request their removal. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your deliverables within the five (5)-day window.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

6.1 Access and Control

You have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details at the end of this Policy.

6.2 Rights Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012

As a business operating in the Philippines, we process personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Under this law, you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object to its processing, to request correction or erasure, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). We do not sell your personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at the information below, and we will respond within a reasonable time.
