Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your booking and use of the services offered by Aprint Lhyn ("we," "us," or "our"), including Roving Photoman, Retro Photobooth, and Sticker & General Printing, as well as your access to our page at aprintlhyn.com. By booking a service, placing an order, or using our page, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Our Services

1.1 What We Offer

Aprint Lhyn provides three services: (a) Roving Photoman, mobile, on-the-spot event photography where our photographer moves through the venue capturing candid and posed shots; (b) Retro Photobooth, a self-shoot photobooth with a modern backdrop, rented out for private and corporate events such as weddings, birthdays, and company functions; and (c) Sticker & General Printing, custom stickers, prints, and personalized products made to a Client's specifications. The specific inclusions, deliverables, and timelines for each service will be set out in your booking or order confirmation.

1.2 Booking Confirmation

All services are subject to availability. A Roving Photoman or Retro Photobooth booking, or a Printing order, is not considered confirmed until you have received written confirmation from us and any required deposit or payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking or order at our sole discretion.

1.3 Event Setup Requirements

For Roving Photoman and Retro Photobooth bookings, Aprint Lhyn requires reasonable access to the event venue ahead of the agreed start time to prepare equipment. The Client must ensure an appropriate space is available, including access to a standard power outlet within reasonable distance of the setup area for the Retro Photobooth. Delays caused by venue access issues or unsuitable event conditions may shorten our operating time on-site, without refund or fee adjustment.

1.4 Printing & Product Orders

For Sticker & General Printing orders, production begins only after the Client has approved the final design or proof in writing. Turnaround time will be as quoted at the time of ordering. Delays caused by late submission of files or delayed approval by the Client are not the responsibility of Aprint Lhyn and will not affect the quoted price.

2. Payments

2.1 Deposit for Event Bookings

A non-refundable down payment of twenty percent (20%) of the total booking fee is required to secure your Roving Photoman or Retro Photobooth slot. Your date will not be held without receipt of this down payment.

2.2 Remaining Balance

The remaining balance for event bookings is due no later than fourteen (14) days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to settle the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking.

2.3 Payment for Printing & Product Orders

Sticker & General Printing orders require full payment, or an agreed down payment, before production starts. Any remaining balance is due upon or before pickup or delivery of the finished items.

2.4 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment through the methods listed on our page or communicated to you at the time of booking or ordering. All fees and prices are stated in Philippine Pesos.

2.5 Pricing

All pricing is as quoted at the time of booking or ordering. Aprint Lhyn reserves the right to update pricing for future bookings and orders at any time. Once a booking is confirmed or an order accepted, and the required deposit or payment received, the agreed price will be honored.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1 Cancellation by Client (Event Bookings)

If you wish to cancel a Roving Photoman or Retro Photobooth booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. The down payment is non-refundable in any case of cancellation, regardless of the reason. Cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the event date may incur additional cancellation fees, up to the full booking amount, depending on the circumstances.

3.2 Rescheduling by Client

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Requests must be made in writing at least thirty (30) days before the original event date. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to a rescheduling fee of ₱200.

3.3 Changes to Printing & Product Orders

Because stickers and prints are produced to each Client's specifications, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun. Design changes requested before production starts may be accommodated but may incur a revision fee.

3.4 Cancellation by Aprint Lhyn

In the unlikely event that Aprint Lhyn must cancel a booking or order due to circumstances beyond our control (including equipment failure, illness, or force majeure events), we will provide as much notice as possible and offer either a full refund of amounts paid or an alternative date. This will be our sole liability in the event of cancellation by us.

4. Ownership of Photos & Creative Work

4.1 Photo Ownership

Aprint Lhyn retains ownership of all photographs and videos captured through our Roving Photoman and Retro Photobooth services. By booking either service, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resulting images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.2 Marketing Use

Aprint Lhyn reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during a booking, as well as finished samples from Printing orders, for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our page and social media channels, unless you submit a written opt-out request before your event or order. To opt out, contact us at the email address at the end of these Terms.

4.3 Client-Supplied Materials

If you provide logos, images, or other materials for use in photo overlays, stickers, or prints, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use those materials, and that their use by Aprint Lhyn will not infringe on any third party's rights.

4.4 Digital Copy Retention

Digital copies of session files will be moved to trash and permanently deleted five (5) days after the appointment date. Photos selected for marketing or portfolio use under Section 4.2 are saved separately before deletion and are not affected by this retention period. The Client is responsible for downloading and backing up their final deliverables within this five (5)-day window; Aprint Lhyn is not liable for files lost after this period.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Venue Access & Permits

For Roving Photoman and Retro Photobooth bookings, the Client is responsible for securing any permissions needed from the event venue for us to operate on the premises. We are not liable for losses or costs arising from a venue's refusal to permit our services.

5.2 Guest Conduct

The Client is responsible for the conduct of their event guests. Aprint Lhyn reserves the right to stop operations if our staff or equipment are subjected to abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.

5.3 Equipment & Materials Care

The Client is responsible for any damage to Aprint Lhyn equipment (including camera and photobooth equipment) caused by guests or other parties at the event. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the Client.

5.4 Accuracy of Print & Sticker Files

For Printing orders, the Client is responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production. Aprint Lhyn is not liable for errors in a Client-approved file, including typos, low-resolution images, or incorrect colors.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Consequential Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aprint Lhyn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to a booking or order shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Aprint Lhyn for the service or order giving rise to the claim.

6.3 Technical & Production Issues

While we take every precaution to keep our equipment and production process running smoothly, Aprint Lhyn is not liable for technical failures, print malfunctions, software errors, material defects, or data loss beyond our reasonable control. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any such issue promptly.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aprint Lhyn and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, any act or omission of your event guests, or content you supply for printing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig City, Philippines.

9. Changes to These Terms

Aprint Lhyn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
